Shipping & Returns
At Woofs, delivering a great experience to you and your dog is our top priority. Thus, we offer a 90-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. That means if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email hello@trywoofs.com and we’ll happily issue you a full refund (minus shipping charges) for your most recent order.
Our policy lasts 90 days, as we want to give you more than enough time for your dog to enjoy a full jar’s worth of chews. If more than 90 days have gone by since your first purchase, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to our corporate headquarters. Refunds are limited to one order per customer and will only be honored for your most recent order. Refunds are not permitted for purchases of three or more items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note, a shipping & processing fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund for AU returns.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@trywoofs.com
Sale items
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price or the price paid, whichever is lower.
Exchanges
We will happily replace an item if it arrives damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@trywoofs.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, email hello@trywoofs.com, we will send you a shipping label free of charge.
If you elect not to use our free shipping label option, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items with a total value greater than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Policy Abuse
If we have reason to believe that a customer is attempting to abuse our return policy, and/or is not acting in good faith, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or other elements of the Return Policy expressed in this document.
Subject to Change
Woofs reserves the right to modify the Return Policy at any time. All customers are entitled to the Return Policy as of date of purchase, not date of return.
